• Bike Safety
• Proper body position (hint: it’s not butt back)
• Bike-body separation (when and where you’ll use it)
• Cadence and shifting (learn to flow efficiently)
• Terrain awareness (don’t be caught off-guard)
• Climbing and descending (bringing it all together in the trails)
• Braking 101 (’cause we all need this!)
