Join the MTB Chicks at MARKHAM PARK for an all levels, ladies group ride!

The park entrance is $3. You will need a day pass or the yearly trail pass to enter the trails. You can purchase these at the front office.

We will meet at 9:00 a.m.
PEDALS UP promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Skill level: All levels

Riders should have a working mountain bike & helmet.
Ride what you can, walk what you can’t.

Group ride etiquette:
* Leave space between you and the rider in front of you.
* Know your limits and know when to push those limits.
* Check in with your ride lead or sweep if you need to leave early.
* Respect the pace and rhythm of the group. If you find yourself stopping more often or not keeping up. Move to the back of the group.
* And very important – HAVE FUN!

Please bring proper hydration and enough water, electrolytes, food and whatever else you may need to keep you fueled during the ride.
