Get Ready to Pre-ride the Coconut Cup Race Course

Join the MTB Chicks at Markham Park for an Intermediate/Advanced Ladies Group Ride. We’ll be riding the Coconut Cup race course.

We will meet at 9:30 a.m.,
PEDALS UP promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Remember to grab your 2024 Broward trail pass before the ride.

Riders should have a working mountain bike & helmet.
Ride what you can, walk what you can’t.

• Group ride etiquette:
• Leave space between you and the rider in front of you.
•  Know your limits and know when to push those limits.
• Check in with your ride lead or sweep if you need to leave early.
•  Respect the pace and rhythm of the group. If you find yourself stopping more often or not keeping up. Move to the back of the group.
•  And very important – HAVE FUN!

Please bring proper hydration and enough water, electrolytes, food and whatever else you may need to keep you fueled during the ride.
