Taking a class or lesson is a great way to identify and break any bad habits (you may not know that you have any), build up your confidence and improve/learn the proper skills and techniques to conquer obstacles that we face while mountain biking.
Personalized feedback from the coaches, guided practice on and off the trails, a judgement free zone, a group of women who are here to support you on your MTB journey and LOADS OF FUN!
A mountain bike in good working condition. It could be a full suspension bike or a hardtail. Doesn’t have to be top of the line. An entry level bike will work.

Mandatory: helmet
Recommended items: gloves, knee pads, elbow pads and flat pedals
MTB classes can be expensive, especially for those on a budget. We’ve done extensive research on cost and time vs. what we’re teaching and what you’ll be learning. We also have to include any logistical fees and compensating our coaches. We believe our pricing is competitive amongst other local coaches.
Currently, all of our classes are women specific.
